The location was perfect - close to mall road with a nice view of the city. The staff was wonderful, from reception to housekeeping, always helpful. The hotel arranged a last-minute taxi for me when my ride fell through. The food was good, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Keep it up!

200 feet away from the hotel there is Cafe Sol, which is a good dining choice. Near the airport, 9 miles. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose combermere. Useful base for city trip in Shimla...

Great Location and Easy Access to Attractions. Spacious Rooms and Great Housekeeping.I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing all the attractions, and the room was spacious and well-kept. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job at maintaining the cleanliness of the room, leaving it spotless all the time. I also loved how easy it was to access the attractions from the hotel; it was just a few minutes' walk.
Poor Customer Service. Unimpressive Food and Beverage Services.

The hotel had an amazing location, right in the heart of the city and close to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Also, one of the best things about the hotel was the comfortable rooms that came equipped with heaters, making it easy to stay warm even on chilly nights. Additionally, the staff was always friendly and ready to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay.
The hotel lacked adequate soundproofing, as we could hear noise from outside and from other rooms. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and there were not many vegetarian options. it was still a decent experience despite the downsides.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location right on the Mall was absolutely perfect, allowing me to easily explore the main sights by foot. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the valley. The staff were always ready to assist, providing prompt and helpful service. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was amazing as it was very close to the main market and had easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location near the main sights was convenient, with easy access to the mall either on foot or by lift. the room and bathroom were nice, and the service was courteous. the restaurant had good food, and the hot water availability was a plus.
Although the hotel was well located, the cleanliness left something to be desired.
